Gold Medal winner at the British Cheese Awards. White mould ripened,
square in shape and at least a pound in weight. This Cheese dates back to the
time of Admiral Lord Nelson who, in 1801, was sent some by his father as a
gift. It was recorded, that Nelson's sweet heart, was 'gratified' by the flavour of this cheese!
Packed in parchment paper with a red wax seal, these cheeses are normally
sold as a whole. Organic & suitable for vegetarians. |

KELSTON PARK CHEESE Silver medal winner at the British Cheese Awards. White mould
ripened round in shape and about one and a half pounds in weight. Suitable
for cutting into wedges. The Cheese takes its name from the parkland where
